Delivery Standard Charge of £1.99 on all UK mainland orders.   We may send your order in more than one package if some items are not in stock; however we will only charge you one postage fee. If any item ordered is out of stock we may send you a carefully selected replacement.   If your item is out of stock, you will be informed via e-mail or phone. We will then advise if part of your order is being shipped and when we expect the remainder part of your order to be delivered.   Please Note: At this point you will be given the opportunity to cancel the latter part of your order.   A signature is required for the delivery of Recorded Delivery items. Most orders are delivered within 2-3 working days. However, for all orders delivered in the UK, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.    Please note: That it is the service provider who guarantee the delivery on the next working day, not Fusions. Any complaints should therefore be addressed to them directly.   Important Note: All products are delivered in their original packaging as seen on the website. Do not accept if the seal is broken or opened. Do not use goods that are presented in blister or vacuum bag packaging, unless individually packed. Goods presented in this manner do not abide by the UK Health & Hygiene standards   International Delivery   Orders to all European destinations are £3.99 all other destinations are charged at £6.99.   All orders are dispatched via 1st class mail, the same or following working day, providing we receive the order before noon and the item is in stock.   Orders to most European destinations normally arrive within 5-7 working days, however, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. Parcels to all other destinations can take up to 21 days.   These delivery times are an approximate as the speed of delivery is highly dependant on the efficiency of your local service provider.   Please Note: In the event that the item weight exceeds 1kg there maybe an additional delivery charge and customers will be advised of this before the goods are dispatched.   If you are an international customer, you may be charged extra taxes due on goods brought in to the country. Fusions will not accept responsibility for any actions undertaken by customs in your country.   Please Note: We do not ship to the United States or Canada.   Any items delivered via our courier service are delivered on a 48hr delivery service. The courier services will attempt two separate delivery calls. In the unlikely event that you are not able to receive delivery of your goods or if you fail to collect your goods from the local depot, your goods will automatically be returned to our warehouse.    A charge of £15 will be payable to cover the courier costs and to arrange a re-delivery. If you would like the goods to be delivered to a different address, a charge of £5 is payable. This will then allow us to redirect your parcel or attempt another delivery on your request.
